PENAMAMALUT.COM, SOFIFI – Pengelolaan dana covid-19 di Pemerintah Provinsi Maluku Utara terus dipersoalkan.
Sebelumnya, Panitia Khusus (Pansus) LKPJ Gubernur Maluku Utara yang dibentuk DPRD Malut juga menyoroti anggaran tersebut. Pasalnya, penggunaan anggaran covid tersebut tidak jelas peruntukannya. Bahkan tudak dijelaskan secara detail dalam Laporan Keterangan Pertanggung Jawaban (LKPJ) Gubernur.
Hal ini juga mendapat sorotan dari Fraksi Partai Gerindra DPRD Malut saat menyampaikan pandangan umum terhadap laporan pertanggungjawaban pelaksana APBD tahun 2020 belum lama ini.
Fraksi Partai Gerindra sangat menyayangkan pengelolaan dana covid sebesar 163 miliar dari hasil refocusing tersebut. Padahal, sebelumnya dana covid tersebut direfocusing dengan mengorbankan sejumlah kegiatan vital di daerah, bahkan mengorbankan sejumlah pokok pikiran DPRD Malut tahun 2020.
“Untuk itu, Fraksi Partai Gerindra meminta penjelasan Pemprov Malut terkait dana covid 163 miliar tersebut,” pinta Ketua Fraksi Partai Gerindra Jufri Yakuba.
Lanjut Jufri, sebagaimana diketahui anggaran covid 163 miliar itu hanya bisa digunakan 122 miliar. Ini artinya masih terdapat kurang lebih 40 miliar.
“Maka dari itu kami meminta penjelasan Pemprov Malut mengenai dana sisa itu digunakan untuk apa,” tukasnya.
Sslain dana covid, Fraksi Gerindra juga menyoroti masalah utang pihak ketiga yang belum terbayar sejak tahun 2013 sampai 2019. Bagi Fraksi Gerindra, seharusnya utang tersebut sudah dilunasi pada tahun 2020 kemarin. Namun sampai saat ini, Pemprov belum mampu menyelsaikannya.
“Untuk, kami meminta agar Pemprov memberika penjelasan mengenai utang ini,” pungkasnya mengakhiri. (ask)
