PENAMALUT.COM, SOFIFI – Pada momentum Hari Anak Nasional (HAN) 2021, Forum Anak Maluku Utara (Format) mengukir prestasi bergengsi di tingkat nasional.
Forum Anak Maluku Utara di bawah asuhan Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak (PPPA) Malut ini berhasil meraih prestasi bergengsi Anugerah Komisi Perlindungan Anak Indonesia (KPAI) 2021 sebagai peringkat dua dari 34 provinsi di Indonesia.
Forum Anak Malut berhasil menyingkirkan Provinsi Bengkulu yang juga masuk nomimasi tiga besar dengan kategori forum anak yang memiliki dedikasi tinggi dan kepedulian terhadap perlindungan anak. Sayangnya, Forum Anak Malut kalah dengan Forum Anak Jawa Tengah yang dinilai paling terbaik dari Malut maupun Bengkulu.
Meski kalah dari Forum Anak Jawa Tengah dan hanya menempati posisi kedua, namun ini merupakan prestasi bergengsi tingkat nasional yang membanggakan buat Forum Anak Malut.
Penghargaan ini diserahkan langsung Ketua KPAI, Dr. Susanto kepada Forum Anak Malut melalui virtual yang dihadiri langsung Sekretaris Daerah Provinsi Malut dan didampingi Kepala Dinas PPPA Malut, Musyrifah Alhadar pada Kamis (22/7) kemarin.
Bukan tanpa alasan KPAI memberikan penghargaan tersebut. Berdasarkan hasil wawancara, evaluasi dan pengawasan KPAI selama Januari hingga Juli 2021 ini, Forum Anak Malut dianggap layak untuk menerima penghargaan tersebut.
“Forum Anak Malut dinilai aktif dalam setiap kampanye baik sebagai pelopor maupun pelapor, memiliki tingkat kepedulian terhadap perlindungan anak dan berdedikasi. Selain itu, banyak program yang dibuat dan ini menurut KPAI sangat layak,” ujar Kepala Dinas PPPA Malut, Musyrifah Alhadar kepada wartawan, Jumat (23/7).
Musyrifah bilang, Forum Anak Malut merupakan wadah kreativitas, berdedikasi positif dan pengembangan potensi diri.
Ia berharap kepedulian dan dedikasi serta kreativitas anak-anak Malut terus dikembangkan untuk meraih prestasi bergengsi lainnya di masa yang akan datang.
“Terima kasih anak-anak tersayang yang telah berlaku positif melalui karya-karya yang hebat dalam masa pandemi covid ini,” tukas Ivo sapaan akrab Musyrifah mengakhiri. (ask)
