PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Pemerintah Provinsi Maluku Utara melalui Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan Daerah (Bappeda) sudah menyerahkan dokumen perencanaan kawasan khusus Ibukota Sofifi ke Kementerian Dalam Negeri (Kemendagri).
Saat ini, Kemendagri telah mendistribusikan urusannya kepada kementerian dan lembaga terkait yang akan menangani masalah pembangunan ini.
“Urusan ke-PUPR-an dan Perhubungan sudah ada di kementerian, kita tinggal menunggu regulasinya kapan diterbitkan. Kita juga akan menyesuaikan untuk action dengan projek-projek dari pusat ke daerah,” ujar Kepala Bappeda Malut, Salmin Janidi kepada wartawan saat menghadiri Forum Musrenbang RPJMD Kota Ternate, Rabu (25/8).
Menurut Salmin, terkait dokumen perencanaan merupakan kebijakan daerah. Meskipun diminta pemerintah pusat untuk menyodorkan data yang dimaksud. Sebab lokomotifnya berada di pemerintah pusat dalam hal ini Kemendagri.
Saat ini, kata dia, pembahasannya sudah berjalan, bahkan seluruh dokumen rangkaian perencanaan kawasan khusus sudah ada di Kementerian.
Hal ini juga sudah dibahas di dalam internal daerah, dan tahapan-tahapannya sudah terlewatkan. Di mana dokumen pertama menyangkut dengan regulasinya, kedua penetapan program kegiatan yang ada di kementerian lembaga, sehingga nanti dilihat dokumen APBN Pemerintah Pusat seperti apa.
“Jadi kita tinggal menunggu regulasinya, apakah melalui peraturan Menteri (Permen) atau Peraturan Presiden (Perpres). Selanjutnya kita tinggal bagi tugas antara pusat dan daerah sesuai dokumen kita di daerah,” pungkasnya. (ano/ask)
