PENAMALUT.COM, LABUHA – Dewan Pimpinan Daerah (DPD) Komite Nasional Pemuda Indonesia (KNPI) Halmahera Selatan mendesak Kejaksaan Negeri Labuha agar segera mengusut dugaan korupsi di Inspektorat Halsel.
Di mana dalam hasil audit ketaatan keuangan Inspektorat Halsel terdapat temuan 500 juta yang diduga melibatkan mantan Plt Inspektur yang saat ini menjabat Sekretaris Inspektorat, Fadila Abbas.
Sekretaris DPD KNPI Halsel, Tabrid S. Talib mengatakan, sudah semestinya setelah hasil audit internal Inspektorat Halsel itu keluar, Kejari Halsel sudah harus bertindak.
“Kejaksaan sudah harus bertindak untuk mengusut dugaan korupsi di Inspektorat, apa lagi hasil auditnya sudah ada. Di mana dalam hasil audit ditemukan penggunaan anggaran fiktif Rp 500 juta lebih yang melibatkan Fadila Abbas, mantan Plt Inspektur,” kata Tabrid kepada wartawan, Kamis (7/10).
Menurut dia, jika Kejari lambat merespons dugaan korpusi tersebut, akan menjadi tanda tanya bagi masyarakat dan KNPI Halsel. Sebab kata Tabrid, Kejari Halsel merupakan lembaga pemberantasan korupsi sebagaimana yang telah diamanatkan oleh Negara.
“Kejari Halsel jangan hanya jago memberantas korupsi di desa-desa, tetapi kemudian lemah dalam memberantas korupsi di tingkat SKPD Pemda Halsel,” ujarnya.
Oleh karena itu, lanjut Tabrid, DPD KNPI Halsel mendesak Kejari agar segera mengusut dugaan korupsi di Inspektorat Halsel.
Sebagai lembaga yang bertugas melakukan audit, Inspektorat harusnya benar-benar bersih dari dugaan praktik korupsi di Halsel.
“Bagaimana mau melakukan audit terhadap instansi lain, sementara di internal Inspektorat saja ada dugaan praktik korupsi. Pihak kejaksaan tidak boleh membiarkan ini terjadi,” tandasnya.
Pihaknya secara kelembagaan akan terus mengawal dugaan korupsi ini sampai tuntas.
Sekadar diketahui, berdasarkan audit ketaatan keuangan pada Inspektorat Halsel periode 1 Januari samapi Agustus 2021, ditemukan penggunaan anggaran pada sejumlah kegiatan yang tidak dapat dipertanggung jawabkan.
Dalam rekomendasi temuan anggaran fiktif senilai 500 juta lebih itu dimintakan kepada Inspektur untuk mengambil langkah tegas terhadap tindakan yang dilakukan Sekretaris Inspektorat Halsel, Fadila Abbas. (rul/ask)
