PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Sebanyak 11 calon Direksi dan Dewan Pengawas Perumda Ake Ga’ale Kota Ternate dinyatakan tidak memenuhi syarat.
Perumda Ake Ga’ale merupakan perubahan nama dari Perusahaan Daerah Air Minum (PDAM) Kota Ternate.
Sekertaris panitia seleksi, Yusuf Sunya mengatakan, sampai saat ini pelamar calon direksi baru 9 orang dan calon dewan pengawas sudah 13 orang. Namun 11 diantaranya berkasnya tidak memenuhi syarat dan terpaksa dikembalikan, yakni 5 calon direksi dan 6 dewan pengawas.
Mereka yang dikembalikan berkas ini, kata Yusuf, tidak hanya berkasnya yang belum tuntas, namun ada beberapa orang yang hanya mendaftarkan namanya, namun tidak ada berkas pendukungnya.
“Dokumen persyaratan yang diminta panitia itu diseleksi dan harus dilengkapi, kalau tidak memenuhi syarat maka dianggap gugur,” jelas Sekretaris Kota Ternate ini kepada wartawan, Senin (18/10).
Ia juga menuturkan, batas pendaftaran calon direksi dan dewan pengawas ini pada Jumat 22 Oktober 2021.
“Jadi hari kamis besok nanti, kami akan evaluasi apakah pendaftaran ini diperpanjang lagi atau seperti apa,” jelasnya sembari mengatakan seleksi calon direksi dan dewan pengawas Perumda Ake Ga’ale ini masih menggunakan regulasi lama, meski sudah ada Permendagri.
Sekedar diketahui, saat ini calon direksi dan dewan pengawas yang sudah terdaftar dan berkasnya dinyatakan lengkap baru 11 orang. Diantaranya 4 orang calon direksi dan 7 orang calon dewan pengawas. (udi/ask)
