PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Penyidik Direktorat Reserse Kriminal Khusus (Ditreskrimsus) Polda Maluku Utara diam-diam telah menetapkan dua tersangka kasus dugaan korupsi pekerjaan irigasi di Desa Kaporo, Kabupaten Kepulauan Sula.
Ini artinya, tersangka dugaan korupsi tersebut bertambah. Setelah sebelumnya, penyidik Polda Malut juga menetapkan dua orang tersangka.
Kabid Humas Polda Malut, Kombes Pol Adip Rojikan membenarkan penetapan dua orang tersangka tersebut.
Menurut dia, penetapan tersangka itu dilakukan sejak Senin 30 November 2021 lalu setelah dilakukan gelar perkara. Kedua tersangka itu yakni Razak Karim alias Razak selaku Direktur PT. Amarta Maha Karya, dan Fredi Parengkuan selaku pelaksana pekekerjaan.
Fredi merupakan Anggota DPRD Kepulauan Sula yang saat ini menduduki Komisi I.
“Betul, penyidik Krimsus telah menetapkan tersangka dua orang. Berkas yang P-19 sudah dikirim ulang ke JPU untuk dilakukan penelitian kembali oleh JPU,” jelas Adip kepada wartawan media ini, Kamis (23/12).
Terpisah, pelaksana Harian (Plh) Kasi Penkum, Zul Siregar mengungkapkan, berkas pekara bendungan dan Irigasi setelah jaksa peneliti melakukan P-19 kepada penyidik Ditreskrimsus Polda Malut beberapa waktu lalu, kini telah dikembalikan lagi ke Kejati.
Hanya saja, kata dia, saat ini berkasnya masih diteliti oleh jaksa.
“Sekarang masih diteliti, sudah lengkap atau belum. Jika sudah terpenuhi oleh penyidik Ditreskrimsus dan unsur telah terpenuhi (P-21), maka akan dilakukan tahap dua,” terangnya.
Sekadar diketahui, sebelumnya penyidik Ditreskrimsus Polda telah menetapkan dua orang sebagai tersangka, yakni LK alias Lutfi mantan Kepala Dinas PUPRKP Sula yang juga sebagai Kuasa Pengguna Anggaran (KPA), dan Sekertaris Dinas PUPR Masykur selaku Pejabat Pembuat Komitmen (PPK) atas proyek yang dianggarkan senilai 9,8 miliar lebih pada tahun 2017.
Penyidik kemudian melakukan tahap satu ke Kejati Malut. Namun oleh jaksa peneliti, berkas tersebut belum lengkap.
Jaksa peneliti kemudian melakukan P-19 kepada penyidik disertai petunjuk. Salah satu petunjuk jaksa adalah memerintahkan agar menetapkan rekanan pekerjaan tersebut. Penyidik pun memenuhi petunjuk jaksa itu dan kemudian menetapkan dua orang tersangka tambahan. (gon/ask)
