Kasi Intel Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Pulau Taliabu, Yayan Alfian mengatakan, pada hari ini Selasa (28/12), tim penyelidik jaksa dari Kejari Pulau Taliabu menerima kerugian negara sebesar Rp 145.250.000,00 dari tersangka HA yang didampingi penasehat hukumnya.
“Kita ketahui bersama, marwah dari tindak pidana korupsi itu, bagaimana kita menyelamatkan keuangan negara, dalam hal ini tim penyidik berhasil menyelamatkan kerugian dari tersangka atas pengembalian tersebut,” ungkap Alfian dalam konferensi pers di Kantor Kejari Pulau Taliabu, tadi.
Meski kerugian keuangan negara sudah dikembalikan, Alfian menegaskan tidak berpengaruh pada masa tahanan. Kejari Pulau Taliabu tetap melanjutkan proses perkara tersebut hingga persidangan nantinya.
Dalam kasus ini, Kejari Taliabu sudah memeriksa 26 orang saksi dan resmi menetapkan tiga orang tersangka, yakni HA, AT dan AD,”
Dari tiga tersangka tersebut, HA dan AD sudah ditahan. Sementara AT hingga kini masih dalam proses pemanggilan. (ysn/ask)
