PENAMALUT.COM, TALIABU – Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Taliabu menetapkan tiga orang sebagai tersangka dalam kasus dugaan korupsi pembangunan Puskesmas Sahu Tikong.
Ketiganya adalah ASD selaku pengelola pekerjaan Puskesmas Sahu Tikong, TAF selaku mantan Kepala BRI Unit Bobong, dan RSD selaku konsultan pekerjaan Puskesmas Sahu Tikong.
“Kasus dugaan korupsi Puskesmas Sahu Tikong kita sudah tetapkan tiga orang sebagai tersangka,” jelas Kepala Kejari Pulau Taliabu melalui Kasi Intel, Yayan Alfian, Jumat (18/2).
Menurut Yayan, selain tiga orang ini, tidak menutup kemungkinan masih ada tersangka yang lain yang saat ini masih terus diselidiki.
Atas perbuatan mereka, ketiga tersangka dikenakan Pasal 2, 3 dan Pasal 55 ayat 1 ke 1 KUHP.
“Untuk kerugian negara dalam proyek yang dianggarkan pada tagun 2016 dari perhitungan BPKP Perwakilan Maluku Utara sebesar Rp 2.075.210.177,88,” terangnya. (ysn/ask)
