PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Organisasi kemasyarakatan (Ormas) Barisan Nusantara (Barnas) Indonesia telah terbentuk di Provinsi Maluku Utara (Malut).
Ormas yang bergerak di bidang pemberdayaan masyarakat, sosial, ekonomi dan budaya ini bakal mendeklarasikan dirinya pada tanggal 26 Februari 2022 mendatang yang direncanakan dipusatkan di Kota Ternate.
“Rencananya dalam deklarasi itu kita mengundang 500 sampai 1000 peserta untuk hadir,” jelas Ketua Barnas Indonesia Malut, Maskur J Latif, Selasa (22/2) sore ini.
Maskur menambahkan, saat ini pihaknya tengah melakukan konsolidasi organisasi hingga ke daerah-daerah. Gaung ormas ini kata Maskur, akan besar karena berbagai elemen bakal dilibatkan di dalamnya.
“Kehadiran kita ialah turut serta dalam mengawal agenda-agenda pemerintah baik pemerintahan Jokowi-Maruf Amin, pemerintah provinsi maupun pemerintah kabupaten dan kota. Kita berkomitmen terus menjadi mitra dalam mengawal proses pembangunan,” tambah Maskur.
Barnas Indonesia menurut Maskur adalah ormas terhierarki dari pusat hingga ke daerah. Untuk sementara, karena diamanahkan sebagai ketua di Malut, Maskur bakal melibatkan seluruh elemen dalam ormas ini.
“Konsolidasi kita terus berjalan hingga sekarang, dan menjelang deklarasi kita telah menghimpun seluruh lapisan masyarakat untuk turut serta memeriahkan deklarasi yang direncanakan 26 Februari mendatang,” pungkas Maskur. (*)
