PENAMALUT.COM, SANANA – Pemerintah Kabupaten Kepulauan Sula melalui Dinas Pariwisata mendongkrak pengembangan sektor pariwisata untuk menambah pendapatan asli daerah (PAD).
“Kami tetap memperhatikan seluruh lokasi destinasi wisata untuk meningkatkan pendapatan asli daerah kedepannya,” tutur Kadis Pariwisata Sula, Kamaludin Drakel kepada Nuansa Media Grup (NMG), Selasa (19/7).
Kamaludin bilang, setelah rancangan peraturan daerah (Ranperda) disahkan DPRD Sula beberapa pekan lalu, pihaknya fokus mengejar dana alokasi khusus (DAK) tahun 2023, untuk pengembangan beberapa lokasi destinasi pariwisata.
Meski begitu, ia mengaku ada perbaikan yang nanti di undang-undangkan, sehingga itu akan dikembalikan ke Bagian Hukum Setda Sula.
“Setelah dari situ, akan di bawa ke provinsi untuk mendapatkan nomor register dari Pemrov Malut, kemudian dijadikan Perda,” jelasnya.
Menurut dia, pengembangan destinasi wisata di wilayah Sula seharusnya mendapatkan DAK, namun sejauh ini beberapa lokasi destinasi wisata tidak pernah mendapatkan DAK.
Itu sebabnya, harus ada persyaratan diantara rancangan induk pengembangan pariwisata daerah (RIPARDA) yang harus diperdakan. Kemudian ada master plan dan detail engineering design (DED) serta soal lokasi yang harus memiliki dasar hukum yang kuat, seperti lokasi milik Pemkab.
Selain itu, kata dia, pihaknya sudah melakukan pengusulan berupa proposal ekonomi kreatif dan Jaringan Kota Pusaka Indonesa (JKPI) di Kementerian Pariwisata dan Ekonomi Kreatif (Menparekraf) RI.
“Karena usulan untuk mendapatkan DAK ini harus memenuhi persyaratan itu. Kami tetap optimis di tahun 2023 sudah mendapatkan anggaran tersebut untuk pengembangan lokasi wisata di Kepulauan Sula,” tutup Kamaludin. (ish/tan)
