PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Dinas Pemberdayaan Perempuan dan Perlindungan Anak (DP3A) Kota Ternate akan membangun dua unit pusat pelayanan terpadu pemberdayaan perempuan dan anak (P2TP2A) pada 2023 mendatang.
Namun demikian, pembangunan tersebut masih menunggu pembahasan kembali bersama DPRD dan Tim Anggaran Pemerintah Daerah (TAPD).
“Yang diusulkan ini hal-hal prioritas, seperti pembangunan unit pelayanan teknis dinas (UPTD) dan pusat pelayanan terpadu pemberdayaan perempuan dan anak serta pusat pembelajaran keluarga (Puspaga), jelas Kepala Dinas P3A Kota Ternate, Marjorie S Amal, Kamis (11/8).
Selain itu, lanjut Marjorie, dua unit layanan tersebut sementara masih kontrak, sehingga sudah saatnya diperjuangkan agar dimiliki karena itu sudah rekomendasi mendapatkan tipe A.
Marjorie bilang, sekalipun P2TP2A selalu menjadi yang terbawah, namun dirinya tetap optimis. Sebab kata dia, yang paling utama adalah punya capaian kinerja naik, apalagi pihaknya sudah mendapat penghargaan Kota Layak Anak (KLA) tingkat Nindya.
“Walaupun kami mendapat anggaran yang terbilang kecil yaitu Rp 8 miliar, namun itu bukanlah menjadi patokan. Karena yang paling penting itu kinerjanya yang harus maksimal,” tuturnya.
Lebih lanjut Marjorie menambahkan, pihaknya akan terus melakukan upaya pencegahan pelayanan dan memperkuat kelembagaan soal kekerasan dalam rumah tangga (KDRT).
“Saya pikir sudah jelas kalau terjadi KDRT, maka akan terjadi perceraian yang hingga berdampak pada penelantaran anak,” tutupnya. (udi/tan)
