PENAMALUT.COM, TOBELO – Front Mahasiswa Peduli Demokrasi (FMPD) Maluku Utara mengadukan salah satu calon anggota Bawaslu Malut ke Bawaslu RI pada (8/9) lalu.
Calon anggota Bawaslu yang diadukan itu adalah Iksan Hamiru terkait dugaan keterlibatannya di salah satu sayap partai politik.
“Saya diduga masuk dalam SK sayap partai politik, maka lewat media ini saya mengklarifikasi terkait aduan atau laporan tersebut, bahwa dugaan tersebut telah diadukan atau dilaporkan pada tahun 2021 ke DKPP dengan Perkara Nomor 80- PKE/II/2021, dan itu tidak terbukti,” jelas Iksan Hamiru kepada Nuansa Media Grup (NMG), Selasa (13/9) tadi.
Menurut Iksan, dalam UU Nomor 7 tahun 2017 bahwa kewenangan DKPP memeriksa dan memutuskan aduan/laporan adanya dugaan kode etik yang dilakukan oleh anggota KPU dan Bawaslu.
Terkait dengan aduan atau laporan tersebut telah disidangkan, dan sudah diputusan DKPP dengan Nomor 80-PKE/II/2021.
“DKPP menilai teradu Iksan Hamiru tidak terbukti terlibat sayap partai pada tahun 2016, karena tidak terdapat alat bukti yang meyakinkan terkait keabsahan salinan SK partai yang mencantumkan teradu sebagai pengurus partai. Jadi ini sudah selesai,” ujar Iksan menutup. (fnc/ask)
