PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – 78 Lurah di Kota Ternate akan mengikuti kegiatan bimbingan teknis (Bimtek) di Bali. Keberangkatan 78 Lurah ini menggunakan dana kelurahann.
Kepala Bagian Pemerintahan Setda Kota Ternate, Wanty Julianty, mengatakan sementara ini pencairan dana kelurahan masih dalam proses di keuangan. Anggaran kelurahan senilai Rp 100 juta per kelurahan itu akan dibuka 13 persen untuk transportasi dan akomodasi ke Bali.
“Di buka 13 persen untuk mengikuti kegiatan bimbingan teknis di Bali. Jadi masing-masing kelurahan hanya buka 13 juta,” katanya saat ditemui wartawan Nuansa Media Grup (NMG), Senin (31/10) tadi.
Menurutnya, kegiatan yang diikuti lurah ini bukan hanya Bimtek, mereka juga akan melakukan studi banding ke Kabupaten Bangli untuk belajar cara penanganan sampah.
Sementara itu Kepala BPKAD Kota Ternate, Abdullah Hi. Saleh dikonfirmasi terpisah mengaku dana kelurahan akan dicairkan setelah permintaan dari kecamatan.
“Yang jelas sampai saat ini semua kelurahan melalui kecamatan sudah menyampaikan daftar usulan rencana kegiatan, dan itu sudah diverifikasi oleh TAPD,” ujarnya.
Terkait pencairannya, kata Abdullah, saat ini masih menunggu jalannya evaluasi APBD Perubahan.
”Setiap keluarahan itu dapat Rp 100 juta. Kemudian tergantung diinput, karena saya lihat ada kelurahan hanya input sampai 98 hingga 99 juta dari masing-masing Kelurahan,” tuturnya.
Namun demikian, Abdullah justru tidak tahu nantinya anggaran kelurahan ini 13 persennya dipakai lurah untuk keberangkatan ke Bali.
”Saya tidak tahu. Tugas saya hanya mencairkan. Soal peruntukannya untuk apa, itu saya tidak ketahui,” tukasnya.
Ia bilang, yang ia ketahui berdasarkan juknis dana pembangunan kelurahan itu ada 4 program, diantaranya program operasional kelurahan 30 persen, program pembangunan 20 persen, program pemberdayaan 20 persen, dan penguatan lembaga kemasyarakatan kelurahan 30 persen.
“Itu sesuai juknis. Jadi kalian (Wartawan) menanyakan soal lurah mau pakai dana kelurahan untuk berangkat ke Bali, saya tidak tahu sama sekali,” pungkasnya. (udi/ask)
