PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Hubungan Direktur Utama (Dirut) PDAM Ake Gaale Kota Ternate, Abubakar Adam, dan Sekretaris Dewan Pengawas (Dewas) PDAM, Chalid Thalib, memanas.
Keduanya saling sindir dengan mengungkit penggunaan anggaran yang tak sesuai prosedur.
Dirut PDAM, Abubakar Adam lebih dulu mengungkit penggunaan anggaran oleh Sekretaris Dewas Chalid Thalib. Di mana Chalid diketahui menggunakan anggaran PDAM tanpa ada kesepakatan direksi.
Hal ini kemudian dibantah Sekertaris Dewas Chalid Thalib. Menurutnya, uang yang dipinjamnya itu sudah dipotong oleh bendahara.
“Soal uang yang saya pakai itu bukan hanya saya, tapi termasuk Direksi dan Dewas juga. Karena saat itu dibutuhkan, namun sudah dipotong melalui gaji sampai hari ini sudah hampir lunas,” ujar Chalid kepada wartawan, Senin (15/11).
Chalid mengancam akan melaporkan Abubakar ke Polda Maluku Utara terkait tuduhan penggunaan anggaran itu.
“Dan saya akan laporkan ke Ditreskrimum Polda Malut atas pencemaran nama baik,” tegasnya.
Chalid bahkan balik menuduh penggunaan anggaran SPPD oleh Dirut senilai Rp 400 juta setiap tahun tidak sesuai prosedur. Sebab dalam rancangan anggaran hanya Rp 138 juta, ditambah biaya penyuluhan Rp 200 jutaa. Padahal dalam rancangan anggaran hanya terdapat Rp 70 juta.
Sedangkan uang pendidikan studi Rp 80 juta yang tidak sesuai dengan aturan. Dirut juga menarik semua aset rumah dan kendaraan dinas yang sementara ditempati dan dipergunakan oleh pegawai dengan alasan yang tidak benar.
“Selain itu, aksi kemarin yang dianggap ada di belakang Dewas itu salah besar. Sebab itu merupakan bentuk aksi kekecewaan dari karyawan,” ucapnya.
Sementara Dirut PDAM, Abubakar Adam saat dikonfirmasi secara terpisah membantah tuduhan Chalid. Ia justru menyalahkan Chalid yang menggunakan uang perusahaan tanpa persetujuan Direksi.
“Dia menggunakan uang itu bukan perjalanan dinas, tapi gunakan kepentingan pribadi. Padahal itu baru selesai dilantik, dan tidak sesuai prosedur,” tukasnya.
Terkait biaya pendidikan, lanjut Abubakar, itu merupakan kebijakan Wali Kota yang diperuntukkan Direksi dan Dewas. Ini juga nanti dipilih siapa yang akan diberangkatkan.
Abubakar juga membantah penggunaan anggaran SPPD senilai Rp 400 juta.
“Informasi itu dia (Chalid) dapat dari mana. Saya berangkat perjalanan dinas hanya 5 kali, satu kali berangkat Rp 20 juta. Kalau ditotalkan berarti Rp 100 juta. Keberangkatan saya demi tugas perusahaan, bukan kepentingan pribadi,” jelasnya.
“Sikap Chalid Thalib meminta Dirut dicopot itu sebenarnya dia yang lebih pantas Wali Kota Ternate mecopotnya, karena dia karena bekerja tidak benar. Dan saya akan buktikan ke Wali Kota semua itu jika masalah ini sampai pada ranah hukum,” pungkasnya. (udi/ask)
