PENAMALUT.COM, SANANA – Sejumlah produk lokal dan tarian Man Sanggia asal Desa Waitina, Kecamatan Mangoli Timur, Kabupaten Kepulauan Sula dipromosikan di Sail Tidore tahun 2022.
“Kami diundang untuk mempromosikan produk lokal dan menampilkan tarian khas Sula pada pelaksanaan testimoni Sail Tidore 2022 dan Festival Maluku Utara,” kata Kepala Dinas Pariwisata Kepulauan Sula, Kamaludin Drakel kepada Nuansa Media Grup (NMG), Minggu (27/11).
Kamaludin menerangkan, produk lokal yang dipromosikan tersebut yakni cokelat sulamina dan madu asli Sula. Produk lokal asal Sula yang dipromosikan itu tampak laris manis diminati oleh sejumlah pengunjung, termasuk dari Kementerian Pariwisita dan Ekonomi Kreatif RI.
Selain itu, Kedutaan Besar (Kedubes) dari luar negeri seperti Spanyol, Prancis, Siprus, Peru, Maroko, dan Kedubes Bahrain serta Islamic Development Bank dan pengunjung lainnya tampak memburu produk khas asal Sula itu.
“Kedubes dan Menparekraf mengunjungi stand asal Sula untuk membelanjakan cokelat sulamina dan madu asli Sula,” jelasnya.
Bahkan, kata Kamaludin, di stand asal Kepulauan Sula itu Sandiaga Uno berkata bahwa cokelat sulamina sangat enak. Tak hanya itu, sanjungan juga datang dari Kedubes. Sebab cokelat sulamina sudah dipromosikan oleh Bupati Kepulauan Sula, Fifian Adeningsi Mus beberapa waktu lalu di Spanyol.
Lebih lanjut, Kamaludin berkata, tarian Man Sanggia baru pertama kali ditampilkan di ajang bergengsi seperti ini. Sebab pihaknya bertujuan untuk mempromosikan tarian khas Sula ini hingga ditetapkan sebagai tarian nasional.
“Produk lokal dan tarian Man Sanggia serta kreatifitas lain asal Sula akhirnya mendapatkan penghormatan terbaik. Setelah itu baru Kabupaten Halmahera Barat dan Kabupaten Pulau Taliabu,” pungkasnya (ish/tan)
