PENAMALUT.COM, JAILOLO – Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD) perubahan Pemkab Halmahera Barat ditolak oleh Pemerintah Provinsi Maluku Utara. Penyebabnya, pengajuan Pemkab Halbar melebihi ketentuan yang berlaku.
Hal tersebut membuat Pemkab Halbar harus mengunakan Peraturan Kepala Daerah (Perkada). Kebijakan Bupati Halbar itu menyusul pasca APBD perubahan tahun 2022 yang sebelumnya diajukan ditolak oleh Pemprov Malut.
“APBD perubahan Halmahera Barat ditolak oleh Pemerintah Provinsi Malut karena alasan waktu pengajuan melebihi ketentuan yang berlaku,” kata Bupati Halbar, James Uang saat diwawancarai, Senin (28/11).
“Jadi pasca ditolak kami berkonsultasi dengan Kemendagri, dan hasilnya kami memakai Perkada. Dan modelnya nanti memakai pola pergeseran, tetapi pola pergeseran di payungi dengan Perkada,” sambungnya menjelaskan.
Lebih lanjut, James menerangkan, nantinya di dalam item-item yang masuk hanya bisa kegiatan non fisik. Sedangkan untuk kegiatan fisik tidak diperbolehkan.
“APBD perubahan yang kemarin disahkan oleh DPRD tidak lagi dipakai, sehingga devisit yang ada di APBD perubahan tidak ada lagi,” ujarnya.
“Jadi kemarin di APBD-P itu definitif Rp 39 miliar, karena APBD-P tidak dipakai, maka yang dipakai hanya Perkada, sehingga hasilnya devisit jero-jero sekarang,” tandasnya. (uum/tan)
