PENA – Pergantian Pejabat (Pj) Kepala Desa (Kades) Hatebicara, kecamatan Jailolo, kabupaten Halmahera Barat (Halbar) berbuntut panjang. Pj Kades tersebut dianggap tidak layak oleh mayoritas warga, hingga warga bertindak memboikot aktivitas kantor desa.
Pantauan Penamalut.com, Rabu (16/9) siang tadi, di depan kantor desa terbentang spanduk panjang berukuran kurang lebih 3 meter, bertuliskan Torang Tolak dan Jang Sabarang Ini Torang Pe Kampong.
Wakil Ketua Karang Taruna desa Hatebicara, Iksan Abanou mengatakan, aksi pemboikotan kantor desa terjadi atas dasar protes warga terhadap keputusan bupati Halbar Danny Missy.
Iksan menegaskan, penunjukkan Karyanto Idrus sebagai Pj Kades Hatebicara tidak sesuai dengan usulan BPD kepada bupati melalui camat Jailolo.
“Kami menolak keputusan bupati Danny. Bagi kami keputusan tersebut tidak representatif atau tidak mewakili keinginan masyarakat desa Hatebicara,” tegas Iksan.
Dia menambahkan, bupati harus meninjau kembali keputusannya melalui SK Nomor 87/KPTS/IX/2020 tentang Pemberhentian Kepala Desa Hatebicara dan Pengangkatan Pejabat Kepala Desa Hatebicara Kecamatan Jailolo Kabupaten Halmahera Barat tertanggal 14 hari 2020.
Hingga saat ini, tambah Iksan, lebih dari 200 warga desa Hatebicara telah menandatangani petisi penolakan Pj Kades yang ditunjuk oleh bupati Danny. Pihaknya mengaku, akan terus mengawal masalah ini hingga bupati menindaklanjuti keinginan mayoritas warga desa.
“Kalau permintaan mayoritas masyarakat Hatebicara tidak dipenuhi oleh bupati, maka aktivitas kantor desa Hatebicara akan terus kami boikot,” tutup Iksan. (*)
