PENA – Kepala Dinas Pertanian Kota Ternate, Thamrin Marsaoly, berharap Tim Anggaran Pemerintah Daerah (TAPD) Pemerintah Kota (Pemkot) Ternate tidak mencoret secara sembarangan program yang sudah disusun di tahun anggaran 2021.
“Jadi program kami di tahun ini banyak tercantum program yang membantu permasalahan ekonomi masyarakat disaat pendemi Covid-19. Sehingga kami meminta TAPD untuk tidak mencoret sembarangan kegiatan-kegiatan yang sudah disusun,” harap Thamrin, Rabu (20/1).
Mantan Kadis Infokom Ternate ini mengatakan, dari sekian program yang telah dituangkan pada masa anggaran tahun ini, dikhawatirkan saat keluarnya dokumen Daftar Pelaksanaan Anggaran (DPA) ternyata hanya separuh program yang diakomodir. Bahkan juga tidak sama sekali di akomodir
“Kami harap Pemkot dan TAPD sangat konsisten dengan sejumlah program yang telah disusun,” ujarnya.
Lanjutnya, pihaknya sangat sadari selaku pimpinan OPD bahwa anggaran daerah itu sangat terbatas, tetapi paling tidak pihak TAPD harus melihat juga mana program yang sangat pioritas di dinas-dinas yang terlihat sangat mengakomodir persoalan ekonomi masyarakat. Terutama, lanjut dia, program dinas Pertanian, pihak dinas Perikanan dan Kelautan dan pihak Dinas Parawisata.
“Di tahun ini, kami dan seluruh OPD belum kantongi DPA, karena belum keluar. Sehingga selaku Kadis sekali lagi sangat berharap apa yang sudah disusun menjadi program itu terakomodir, jangan sampai ada program yang bias berinovasi tetapi tidak ada di DPA. Karena program tersebut sangat membantu masyarakat,” pungkasnya. (*)
