PENAMALUT.COM, SANANA – Dugaan korupsi pembangunan MCK yang tersebar di 29 desa di Kabupaten Kepulauan Sula mencuat.
Kegiatan yang dialokasikan melalui Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK) tahun 2018 senilai 16,2 miliar itu diduga tidak sesuai Rencana Anggaran Biaya (RAB) lantaran tidak layak.
Bahkan saat ini dugaan korupsi itu telah didalami penyidik Polres Kepsul. Publik mendesak agar masalah ini harus diseriusi pihak penegak hukum, terutama Polres Kepsul yang telah menangani masalah tersebut.
“Penegak hukum dalam hal ini Polres Kepulauan Sula harus segera mengusut tuntas kasus dugaan korupsi pembangunan MCK di 29 desa ini,” desak Ketua Umum PMII Cabang Sanana, Sahril Soamole kepada wartawan media ini, Selasa (3/8) tadi.
Sahril membeberkan, pembangunan MCK di 29 desa yang dianggaran melalui DAK tahun 2018 itu setiap MCK dianggarkan 560 juta rupiah. Satu desa satu MCK, sehingga total 29 MCK dengan nilai Rp 16.240.000.000. Namun satu buah MCK di Dusun Pancoran Kum, Desa Waisakai, Kecamatan Mangoli Utara, tidak dibangun sama sekali.
Iya juga menduga pembangunan MCK di 29 desa ini tidak sesuai RAB lantaran hampir semua MCK tidak layak dan tidak sesuai dengan nilai anggarannya.
Bukan hanya itu, pembangunan MKC ini harusnya dikerjakan berdasarkan pembentukan kelompok swadayah masyarakat (KSM) yang dibentuk kepala desa di desanya masing-masing dan di-SK-kan kepala desa.
“Namun yang terjadi di lapangan tidak seperti itu, tetapi dikerjakan oleh orang dekatnya mantan Bupati Hendrata Theis,” ujarnya.
Untuk itu, ia barharap Polres Sula segera memanggil mantan Kepala Dinas PUPRKP, Nursale Bainuru, untuk diperiksa dan minta pertanggujawabannya.
“Apabila dalam waktu dekat Polres Sula tidak memanggil mantan Kadis PUPRKP, maka kami akan konsolidasi masa untuk aksi mosi tidak percaya terhadap pihak penegak hukum,” tegas Sahril menutup. (ish/ask)
