PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (PUPR) Kota Ternate tengah berupaya melakukan antisipasi daerah rawan banjir (DRB) dengan melakukan identifikasi selama 4 tahun terakhir ini.
Ada sejumlah titik yang ditemukan berpotensi terjadi banjir baik itu titik genangan baru maupun yang sudah lama.
Bahkan Dinas PUPR sudah merancang dalam kegiatan penanganan DRB ini. Di tahun 2020 kemarin, sudah dialokasikan anggaran untuk penanganan luapan air di Kecamatan Ternate tengah, khususnya di jalan Yos Sudarso mengarah ke Polda Maluku Utara dan arah menuju Gamalama.
Namun karena keterbatasan anggaran, maka penanganan DRB ini dibuat pemaketan di tahun 2021 ini berdasarkan tiga wilayah DRB, yakni wilayah Ternate Utara, Ternate Tengah dan Ternate Selatan.
“Namun yang bisa dikerjakan hanya di Kelurahan Salero, Ternate Utara, dengan total anggaran Rp 1,2 miliar,” ujar Sekretaris Dinas PUPR Kota Ternate, Bambang Maradjabessy kepada wartawan, Rabu (15/9).
Sementara dua paket lainnya yakni wilayah Ternate Tengah yang teridentifikasi di depan Polres mengarah ke Jalan Kota Baru dan arah Rumah Sakit Umum dengan alokasi anggaran Rp 1,7 miliar.
Untuk Wilayah Ternate Selatan dialokasi anggaran DRB yang dimasukkan dalam DPA sebesar Rp 1,9 miliar lebih, karena fokus penanganannya begitu besar, yakni di Kelurahan Mangga Dua tepatnya di depan Apotik Kimia Farma dan Bastiong pasar.
“Jadi untuk paket Ternate Tengah dan Ternate Selatan ini belum bisa dilakukan tahun ini, dikarenakan terjadi refocusing anggaran,” tandas Bambang.
Bambang juga menyampaikan untuk anggaran perbaikan drainase di area Gamalama belum bisa diakomodir.
“Jenis saluran Gamalama adalah jenis saluran lama. Jadi langkah yang diambil PUPR secara konstruktif harus diubah total dengan model beton, namun ini baru direncanakan dan belum dianggarkan,” terangnya menutup. (ano/ask)
