Kejati Malut Geledah Kantor Perusda Bahari Berkesan Terkait Dugaan Korupsi Dana Investasi

Tim Kejati Malut saat menggeledah kantor Perusda Bahari Berkesan Kota Ternate.

PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) Maluku Utara menggeledah Kantor Perusda PT Bahari Berkesan yang beralamat di Kelurahan Gamalama, Kota Ternate.

Penggeledahan ini dipimpin langsung Asisten Pidana Khusus (Aspidsus) Kejati Malut, Muh. Irwan Datuiding bersama tiga penyidik pemeriksa yakni, Samiaji, Richard Sinaga, dan Adri E. Pontoh.

Penggeledahan ini terkait kasus dugaan tindak pidana korupsi penempatan dana investasi pada perusahaan milik Pemerintah Kota Ternate tahun 2015-2019. Ini dilakukan untuk melengkapi berkas perkara yang kini telah dinaikkan statusnya dari penyelidikan ke penyidikan.

Tim pemeriksa Kejati Malut terlihat memeriksa sejumlah dokumen milik Perusda Ternate.

Berdasarkan pantauan wartawan di lapangan, setelah tiba di kantor Perusda, tim langaung menggeledah sejumlah dokumen dan mengamankannya.

Belum diketahui dokumen apa saja yang dicari lembaga Adhyaksa itu. Sampai berita ini dipublis, tim Kejati masih berada di lokasi penggeledahan.

Sekadar diketahui, kasus ini mencuat setelah dilaporkan DPD LBH PETA. Anggaran miliaran rupiah dari penyertaan modal Pemkot Ternate ke perusahaan tersebut, lalu dibagikan ke tiga anak Perusda, yakni PT BPRS Bahari Berkesan dengan nilai Rp 2 miliar, PT Alga Kastela Rp 1,2 miliar, dan Apotek Bahari Berkesan Rp 1,8 miliar.

Anggaran tersebut diduga disalahgunakan oleh pengelola Peeusda. (red)
