PENAMALUT.COM, SANANA – Penyelidikan kasus dugaan pemotongan Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK) pada Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Kepulauan Sula tahun 2020 resmi ditangani bidang pidana khusus (Pidsus) Kejaksaan Negeri Sula.
Ini setelah tim penyelidik dari Intelijen Kejari Sula menemukan adanya indikasi korupsi pada kasus tersebut.
Pelaksana Harian (Plh) Kasi Intel Kejari Sula, Bagas Andy Setiyawan mengatakan, dalam operasi penyelidikan tim inteljen atas dugaan pemotongan DAK tahun 2020 pada Diknas Sula, pihaknya telah meminta keterangan terhadap 24 orang.
Ke 24 orang ini terdiri dari pihak sekolah maupun dari pihak Diknas. Dari hasil permintaan keterangan itu, pihaknya kemudian melakukan ekspos pada 7 Oktober 2021 lalu dan disepakati untuk diserahkan ke bagian Pidsus untuk ditangani lebih lanjut.
Sementara Kepala Seksi Pidsus Kejari Sula, Muhammad Fadli Habibi membenarkan bahwa kasus dugaan pemotongan DAK Diknas sudah ditangani pihaknya.
“Sementara ini kami masi melakukan persiapan terkait pemeriksaan untuk pihak mana saja yang akan dipanggil untuk dimintai keterangan atas kasus ini. Kami juga sudah keluarkan surat perintah penyilidikan (Sprindik) Nomor Print-425/Q.2.14/fd.1/10/2021 pada tanggal 19 oktober 2021 kemarin,” jelas Muhammad Fadli kepada wartawan, Senin (25/10) tadi.
Ia memastikan dalam waktu dekat penyelidikan kasus ini akan dimulai dengan melakukan panggilan terhadap pihak terkait yang diduga mengetahui dugaan pemotongan DAK tersebut. (ish/ask)
