Kejati Kembalikan Berkas Tersangka Bendungan dan Irigasi Kaporo Sula

PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Jaksa peneliti pada Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) Maluku Utara mengembalikan berkas dua tersangka dugaan korupsi proyek pembangunan bendungan dan irigasi Desa Kaporo, Kabupaten Kepulauan Sula.

Kasus dugaan korupsi proyek senilai 9,8 miliar ini ditangani penyidik Direktorat Reserse Kriminal Khusus (Direskrimsus) Polda Malut.

“Berkas kedua tersangka sudah dikembalikan ke penyidik Reskrimsus Polda Malut pada Rabu (3/11) lalu untuk dilengkapi sesuai dengan petunjuk jaksa,” kata Kasi Penkum Kejati Malut, Richard Sinaga ketika dikonfirmasi wartawan, Selasa (16/11) .

Ia menambahkan, setelah berkas dikembalikan, penyidik akan melengkapi sesuai petunjuk yang telah diberikan. Setelah petunjuk itu dipenuhi, nanti berkasnya akan dikirim ke Kejati untuk diteliti kembali.

“Kalau saja berkas itu belum lengkap lagi, pasti dikembalikan ke penyidik untuk dilengkapi kembalu. Tapi kalau berkas tersebut sudah dinyatakan lengkap, pasti akan di P-21,” jelasnya.

Sekadar diketahui, Proyek tersebut dianggarkan dari Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD) tahun 2018-2019 senilai 9 miliar sekian yang melekat pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Penataan Ruang, Perumahan dan Kawasan Permukiman (DPUPRPKP) Sula.

Anggaran kegiatan tersebut oleh penyidik diduga disalahgunakan. Polisi lalu menrtapkan dua orang sebagai tersangka, yakni LK alias Lutfi mantan Kepala Dinas (Kadis) PUPR Kepsul yang juga sebagai Kuasa Pengguna Anggaran (KPA) dan Sekertaris Dinas PUPR M alias Masykur selaku Pejabat Pembuat Komitmen (PPK).
