PENAMALUT.COM, SANANA – Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Kepulauan Sula hingga kini belum menetapkan tersangka kasus dugaan pemotongan Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK) fisik Diknas Kepulauan Sula tahun tahun 2020 senilai 21 miliar rupiah.
Padahal, kasus tersebut sudah ditingkatkan statusnya dari penyelidikan ke penyidikan beberapa waktu lalu.
Kepala Seksi Pidana Khusus (Pidsus) Kejari Sula, Fadli Habibi mengungkapkan, kasus dugaan pemotongan DAK fisik saat ini masih terus didalami.
Sejauh ini, kata dia, sudah ada 11 orang saksi yang diperiksa dalam tahapan penyidikan.
“Kita masih melengkapi alat buktinya, agar kasus ini bisa kita ketehui siapa saja yang terlibat,” ujar Fadli ketika ditemui wartawan media ini, Kamis (10/12).
Menurut dia, dalam tahan penyidikan ini pihaknya belum bisa menyampaikan siapa saja yang akan terlibat dalam kasus tersebut, karena masih banyak tahapan proses untuk menentukan orang yang bertanggung jawab terhadap pemotongan ini.
“Yang jelas kami terus lakukan pemeriksaan. Nanti dari hasil pemeriksaan ini, baru kami simpulkan siapa yang akan ditetapkan tersangkanya,” jelasnya.
Ia juga menambahkan, dalam kegiatan pengelolaan DAK tahun 2020 itu, ada beberapa item kegiatan. Diantaranya pengelolaan swakelola oleh pihak sekolah, kegiatan pengadaan alat peraga atau komputer, serta penggunaan kegiatan katalog seperti pengadaan buku.
“Untuk itu, kami akan terus dalami hingga sampai pada penetapan tersangka kepada piha-pihak yang diduga terlibat,” terangnya. (ish/ask)
