PENAMALUT.COM, TOBELO – Laporan keuangan organisasi perangkat daerah (OPD) di lingkup Pemerintah Kabupaten Halmahera Utara belum dirampungkan.
Hal ini terungkap saat Kepala BPK Perwakilan Maluku Utara melakukan pertemuan dengan Pemkab Halut di Kantor Bupati, Jumat (11/2) tadi.
Padahal awal Maret nanti, Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK) akan memeriksa laporan keuangan seluruh pemerintah kabupaten/kota di Maluku Utara. Bahkan sebelum ke BPK, laporan keuangan ini harus direview oleh Inspektorat.
Sekretaris Daerah Halut, Erasmus J. Papilaya usai rapat bersmaa dengan BPK Perwakilan Malut menjelaskan, ada beberapa hal yang disampaikan BPK terkait dengan laporan keuangan yang seharusnya sudah dirampungkan.
BPK mengihtiarkan kepada Pemkab Halut, karena waktu tinggal sepuluh hari lagi. Sehingga seluruh OPD sudah harus memasukkan laporan keuangannya ke Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BPKAD) Halut. Selanjutnya direview oleh Inspektorat, kemudian disampaikan ke BPK.
“Laporan ke uangan itu harus diteriman BPK pada awal Maret. Tadi beliau (Kepala BPK Perwakilan Malut) cek langsung ke seluruh OPD, ternyata semua sudah rekonsiliasi. Walaupun dokumen laporan keungannya belum, tapi prosesnya sudah sampai direkon,” ujarnya.
Erasmus menjelaskan, ketika rekonsiliasi selesai dan direview oleh Inspektorat maupun keuangan, mala laporan keungannya sudah jadi. Selanjutnya pihaknya akan menyampaikan laporkan ke BPK sebagai langkah-langkah untuk mencapai pengembangan laporan.
Ia optimis terhitung hari ini sampai dengan tanggal 19 Februadi nanti, semua OPD harus tuntaskan.
“Targetnya tanggal 20 iti sudah harus selesai, sehingga awal Maret sudah di bawa ke BPK. Makanya deadline waktu 10 hari itu untuk melengkapi seluruh laporan, sehingga tidak bolak balik lagi,” tandasnya mengakhiri. (fnc/ask)
