PENAMALUT.COM, TOBELO – Panitia Khusus (Pansus) DPRD Kabuapten Halmahera Utara terus menelusuri penggunaan anggaran Perusda PT. Halut Mandiri.
Penggunaan angagaran yang tak bisa dipertanggung jawabkan manajemen itu senilai Rp 8,5 miliar sejak tahun 2016 sampai tahun 2018. Hal ini disampaikan Ketua Komisi III DPRD, Sahril H. Rauf, saat dikonfirmasi Nuansa Media Grup (NMG), Senin (27/6).
Menururnya, pihaknya tetap mengupayakan sampai seluruh dokumen pendukung selesai, karena penggunaan anggaran terbilang fantastis.
“8,5 Miliar itu sangat fantastis. Sebelum kita presentasi ke pemerintah daerah, kita pastikan seluruh dokumen sudah lengkap,” ujarnya.
Pihaknya, kata Rauf, juga akan studi ke lapangan untuk menelusuri item-item yang menjadi pilihan usaha untuk memastikan benar atau tidak dari skema 8,5 dengan beberapa pilihan pekerjaan atau bisnis itu akan diukur. Selanjutnya akan direkomendasikan kepada pemerintah daerah.
“Jika memang kajiannya harus dikembalikan, maka harus dikembalikan. Dan kalau investasi itu menyalahi hukum, itu soal lain. Kalau kita perhatikan agaknya tidak rasional antara investasi dan fakta, seharusnya sebuah usaha sudah ditakar atau diukur investasi maupun modal titik baliknya,” tabdasnya. (fnc/ask)
