PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE– Selain jeratan pidana, oknum Anggota DPRD Kota Ternate, berinisial RL yang dilaporkan di Sentra Pelayanan Kepolisian Terpadu (SPKT) Polres Ternate oleh isteri sahnya karena dugaan perselingkuhan juga terancam dikenakan sanksi etik.
Ketua Badan Kehormatan (BK) DPRD Kota Ternate, Makmur Gamgulu mengatakan, sesuai rencana RL akan dipanggil pihaknya untuk dimintai klarifikasi pada Kamis (4/8) besok.
“Besok (Kamis) akan dilakukan pemanggilan, surat sudah dilayangkan. Pemanggilan untuk minta klarifikasi,” kata Makmur, Rabu (3/8).
Makmur bilang, setelah meminta keterangan klarifikasi RL, pihaknya dari BK juga akan meminta keterangan dari para saksi atas masalah yang diduga diperbuat oleh RL.
“Semua prosedurnya sudah diatur dalam tata beracara tinggal dijalankan sesuai mekanisme,” tuturnya.
Menurut Politikus Golkar ini, jika dugaan pelanggaran yang diperbuat RL memang terbukti melanggar kode etik dan tatib sebagai anggota DPRD Kota Ternate, maka sudah tentu ancaman sanksi akan diberikan
kepadanya.
“Sanksi itu kan ada empat, sanksi lisan, sanksi tertulis, sanksi penonaktifan dari jabatan sampai pada tingkat PAW. Itu kita lihat berat ringannya pelanggaran,” pungkas Makmur. (udi/tan)
