PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Bidang Profesi dan Pengamanan (Propam) Polda Maluku Utara dalam waktu dekat akan menyidangkan oknum polisi insial TA alias Mito yang diduga menikah tanpa izin istri sah.
TA alias Mito merupakan oknum polisi berpangkat Bripka yang bertugas di Direktorat Polisi Perairan dan Udara (Ditpolairud). Ia diduga telah menghamili kekasih gelapnya dan menikah tanpa izin istri.
Kabid Propam Polda Malut, Kombes Pol Wahyu Agung, mengatakan proses hukum di internal terhadap oknum polisi ini sedang berjalan. Pihaknya tinggal menunggu proses sidang kode etiknya.
Pihaknya sudah memeriksa semua pihak, baik terlapor maupun pelapor. Terkait kapan sidangnya, saat ini masih menunggu penjadwalan.
āSeperti apa putusannya, kita tunggu sidangnya. Yang pasti bulan ini kami sidangkan,” ujar Kombes Wahyu Agung saat ditemui wartawan Nuansa Media Grup (NMG), selasa (18/10).
Sementara empat anggota Polres Halmahera Utara yang diduga melakukan penganiayaan terhadap Yulius Atus alias Ongen, salah satu mahasiswa di Tobelo beberapa waktu lalu saat ini juga prosesnya masih berjalan. Bahkan empat anggota ini masih ditahan di tempat khusus di Polres Halut.
Empat polisi itu yakni Bripda FK alias Febrianto, Bripda SP alias Sofyan, Bripda DH alias Djarja , dan Bripda BRB alias Bram.
“Proses pemeriksaan etik masih dalam berproses. Ini masih banyak pemeriksaan-pemeriksaan yang harus dilakukan,” kata Kabid Humas Polda Malut, Kombes Pol Michael Irwan Thamsil.
Michael juga meminta semua pihak agar bersabar, sebab proses ini butuh waktu untuk penyelesaian dalam penanganannya.
“Nanti seluruh pemeriksaan sudah selesai dan pemberkasan rampung, selanjutnya akan disidangkan. Apa keputusan sidang itu yang nanti kita terima dan laksanakan,” pungkasnya. (gon/ask)
