PENAMALUT.COM, JAILOLO – Bupati Halmahera Barat, James Uang, menunjuk Safri Dengo sebagai Pelaksana Tugas (Plt) Sekretaris DPRD Halbar atau biasa disebut Sekwan.
Bupati melalui Wakilnya, Djufri Muhammad, menyerahkan SK penunjukan Plt kepada Safri Dengo sebagai Sekwan, bertempat di Kantor Bupati, kemudian disaksikan sejumlah pejabat tinggi di Halbar, yakin para Asisten, Staf Ahli dan Kepala BKD Halbar.
Djufri mengatakan, dalam rangka efektivitas pelayanan kesekretariatan DPRD maupun tugas dan aktivitas alat kelengkapan di DPRD, sembari menungu proses definitif Sekwan yang baru, maka Bupati memutuskan meningkatkan status Kabag Umum dan Persidangam Safri Dengo yang mulanya ditunjuk menjadi Pelaksana Harian (Plh) ditingkatan statusnya menjadi Plt Sekwan.
“Jadi suratnya telah saya serahkan dan disaksikan oleh beberapa pejabat, sehingga mulai hari ini dia sudah melaksanakan fungsinya selaku Plt Sekwan dalam rangka mengurusi hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan keuangan,” jelas Djufri saat diwawancarai, Selasa (25/10) tadi.
Ia bilang, status Plh ke Plt diputuskan lantaran Plh tidak boleh mengurusi keuangan, sehingga harus status Plt segera diputuskan, sembari menunggu status definitif.
Namun, saat ditanya kapan pelantikan dilakukan, Djufri menimpali bahwa memang jadwal pelantikan masih diundur karena menunggu surat keputusan dari Dukcapil Pusat terkait dengan Kadis Dukcapil.
“Jadi Kadis Dukcapil itu harus ada persetujuan dari Kemendagri termasuk perangkat seluruh bidang dan Sekertaris atas persetujuan dari Dirjen Bina Adwil Kemendagri. Jadi kita menungu soal itu, kalau yang lainnya saya pikir sudah selesai semua,” tandasnya. (uum/tan)
