PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Penyidik Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) Maluku Utara kembali melakukan klarifikasi terhadap Wakil Direktur (Wadir) Keuangan pada RSUD Chasan Boesoirie (RSUD-CB), Fatimah Abbas pada Rabu (27/10). Ia dimintai keterangan atas persoalan dugaan pemotongan tambahan penghasilan pegawai (TPP) terhadap 900 tenaga kesehatan.
Amatan wartawan Nuansa Media Grup (NMG), Fatimah Abbas keluar dari ruangan tim penyelidik sekitar pukul 15.00 WIT didampingi satu rekannya. Keduannya mengenakan kameja berwarna putih dan rok hitam.
Fatimah saat ditemui wartawan enggan berkomentar banyak. Dengan pasrah, Fatimah membantah tidak pemeriksaan.
“Tidak ada pemeriksaan apa-apa, dan tidak ada pemotongan apa-apa,” singkat Fatimah sembari menuju ke mobilnya.
Terpisah, Kasi Penkum Kejati Malut, Richard Sinaga, membenarkan permintaan klarifikasi tersebut. Namun ia tak menjelaskan mengenai teknis pemeriksaan itu.
“Iya, hari ini Wadir dimintai klarifikasi tambahan,” jelas Richard.
Sekadar diketahui, dalam kasus ini, tim penyelidik Kejati MAlut telah memeriksa sejumlah pihak, termasuk Direktur RSUD Chasan Boesorie, dr. Syamsul Bahri.
Persoalan ini mencuat setelah puluhan pegawai RSUD Chasan Boesoirie Ternate menuntut pihak Direksi untuk segera melunasi seluruh tunjangan kinerja 900 petugas kesehatan, baik Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) maupun non-PNS yang masih menunggak selama 8 bulan.
Selain itu, jasa pelayanan BPJS sejak Maret hingga Agustus 2022 ini juga belum terbayarkan. Sementara dana dari kantor BPJS diketahui sudah masuk ke kas RSUD pada Juli 2022. Begitu pula dengan tunjangan kinerja saat hari raya, di mana sesuai peraturan presiden, harus 50 persen. Namun kenyataannya tidak dibayarkan, dan ini terjadi setiap tahun. (gon/ask)
