PENAMALUT.COM, JAILOLO – Tim penyidik Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Halmahera Barat kembali menetapkan satu tersangka dugaan korupsi dana desa (DD) Sangaji Nyeku tahun 2020.
Tersangka tersebut adalah YD (57) selaku mantan Penjabat Kepala Desa (Kades) Sangaji Nyeku. Dengan demikian, sudah tiga orang yang ditetapkan tersangka oleh lembaga Adhyaksa itu setelah sebelumnya mantan Sekretaris Desa Sangaji Nyeku HR (38) dan mantan Bendahara AT (37) lebih dulu ditetapkan tersangka pada Selasa (1/11) kemarin.
Kepala Kejari Halbar, Kusuma Jaya Bulo, menjelaskan peran YD yang sebelumnya sekretaris desa pada tahun 2020. Namun saat itu jabatan kepala desa masih kosong, sehingga diangkatlah YD sebagai Pj. Kepala Desa Sangaji Nyeku.
Kusuma menyebut YD dan mantan Bendahara Desa AT sebagai tersangka utama dalam kasus yang merugikan keuangan senilai Rp 314.000.000. Sedangkan mantan Sekdes HR sebagai tersangka yang ikut serta menikmati uang tersebut.
Pihaknya setelah melakukan penyelidikan lebih jauh ditemukan temuan temuan bukan saja pada tahap satu dan dua, namun ada juga temuan pada tahap ketiga pengelolaan DD Sangaji Nyeku tahun 2020 senilai Rp 10.000.000. Ini telah diakui mantan Pj Kades dan bersedia untuk mempertanggungjawabkan pengembalian kerugian negara tersebut.
“Ketiga tersangka ini menggunakan anggaran desa ini untuk kepentingan membayar utang dan juga jalan-jalan,” ucap mantan Kajari Mamasa, Sulawesi Selatan, saat ditemui usai penetapan tersangka, Rabu (2/11) tadi.
Untuk pasal yang disangkakan sama seperti kedua tersangka sebelumnya, yakni Primair Pasal 2 ayat 1 junto Pasal 18 ayat 1 huruf b Undang-Undang Nomor 31 tahun 1999 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi sebagaimana diubah dan ditambah dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 20 tahun 2001 tentang perubahan atas Undang-Undang Nomor 31 tahun 1999 junto Pasal 55 ayat (1) ke 1 KUHP, dengan ancaman hukuman minimal 4 tahun penjara.
Begitu juga Subsider Pasal 3 junto Pasal 18 ayat 1 huruf b Undang-Undang Nomor 31 tahun 1999 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi sebagaimana diubah dan ditambah dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 20 tahun 2001 tentang perubahan atas Undang-Undang Nomor 31 tahun 1999 junto Pasal 55 ayat (1) ke 1 Kitab KUHP, dengan ancaman hukuman minimal 1 tahun.
Setelah ditetapkan tersangka, YD kemudian ditahan di Lapas Kelas IIB Jailolo selama 20 hari ke depan. (adi/ask)
