Bobato Adat: Surat Penunjukan Ikram sebagai Pj Bupati Halteng Diduga Palsu

PENAMALUT.COM, WEDA – Bobato Adat Halmahera Tengah menolak Ikram Malan Sangadji sebagai Penjabat Bupati Halmahera Tengah, dan mendesak Polres Halteng segera mengusut terkait beredarnya SK Mendagri Nomor 100.2.1.3-6272 Tahun 2022.

Penolakan tersebut melalui aksi yang berlangsung di depan Pasar Weda dan Mako Polres Halteng, dengan melibatkan Muhammad Abdu Hasanuddin selaku Sangaji Weda/Tokoh Adat.

Koordinator Aksi, Husen Ismail, mengatakan bahwa pihaknya bersama tokoh adat Fagogoru meminta Polres Halteng segera mengusut tuntas terkait beredarnya SK palsu Pj. Bupati Halteng dan pelanggar Undang-undang ITE tentang penyebaran informasi palsu (hoaks).

“Oleh karena itu, kami datang yang kedua kalinya. Jika tidak diusut tuntas, maka kami tidak main-main. Kami sudah memiliki restu dari tokoh adat di kampung,” kata Husen, Senin (19/12).

Ia menegaskan, bahwa perjuangan tersebut adalah perjuangan demi negeri Fagogoru. Apalagi beberapa hari lalu, pihaknya juga menggelar aksi menuntut terkait dengan penyebaran dokumen negara berupa SK Pj. Bupati Halteng. Di mana menurut kajian mereka, dokumen negara tersebut adalah dokumen palsu yang patut diusut tuntas oleh Polres Halteng.

“Kenapa saya katakan palsu, karena nomor SK yang beredar itu mirip dengan nomor SK pengangkatan Bupati Halteng pada tahun 2017. Karena SK tersebut kami anggap palsu, maka kami meminta kepada Polres Halteng untuk mengusut tuntas kasus ini,” tegasnya.

Selain itu, lanjut dia, pihaknya juga mendesak kepada Polres Halteng untuk mengusut tuntas atas pencemaran nama baik Menteri Dalam Negeri (Mendagri) Muhammad Tito Karnavian, karena diduga adanya pemalsuan tanda tangan SK Pj. Bupati Halteng.

“Bobato Sangaji Weda dan seluruh masyarakat Halteng menolak orang yang ditunjuk oleh pemerintah pusat, yakni Bapak Ikram Malan Sangaji sebagai Pj. Bupati Halteng. Cukup Morotai saja yang pemerintah pusat atur, jangan mencoba mencederai kedaulatan kami di daerah,” tuturnya.

Sementara orator lainnya, Rusli, menuturkan Pj. Bupati Halteng harga mati masyarakat Fagogoru adalah Fehby Alting. Karena itu, Polres Halteng harus segera mengusut tuntas persoalan penyebaran SK palsu Pj. Bupati Halteng, yang mana sudah diketahui pihaknya dalam kajian bahwa ada persoalan-persoalan yang tidak sesuai dengan admistrasi negara. Sebab administrasi negara merupakan rahasia negara.

“Sekali lagi saya minta kepada Polres Halteng agar segera mengusut orang yang sengaja menyebarkan SK palsu Pj. Bupati Halteng yang mengatasnamakan Bapak Ikram Malan Sangaji. Saya sampaikan juga bahwa kami masyarakat Fagogoru dan masyarakat Halteng menolak dengan tegas Bapak Ikram sebagai Pj. Bupati Halteng,” tutupnya. (tan)
