PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Jalan menuju sekolah Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) Insan Cendekia yang terletak di Desa Dodinga, Kabupaten Halmahera Barat, menjadi perhatian Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (PUPR) Maluku Utara.
Jalan tersebut hingga kini belum diaspal. Sehingga itu, Pemprov Malut Dinas PUPR akan melakukan hotmix jalan tersebut pada tahun ini.
Kepala Dinas PUPR Malut, Saifuddin Djuba kepada wartawan, mengaku akses jalan masuk ke MAN Cendekia kurang lebih satu kilo meter itu sangat memprihatinkan. Sebab jalan menuju sekolah tersebut belum diaspal, padahal itu merupakan kawasan pendidikan.
Pihaknya menganggarkan kurang lebih 3 miliar untuk membangun jalan tersebut dengan status pembangunan jalan hotmix.
”Jadi tahun ini sudah kita mulai kerjakan. Anggarannya sudah ada,” jelasnya, Selasa (14/2).
Ia bilang, jika jalan tersebut sudah dibangun, maka akses masyarakat ke sekolah MAN Insan Cendekia sangat mudah. Selain itu, ekonomi masyarakat juga akan tumbuh di sana, pendidikan juga akan terus maju.
”Dengan sendirinya pendidikan itu akan berkembang, dan ekonomi masyarakat di kawasan sekolah akan tumbuh,” terangnya. (ano/ask)
