PENA – Puluhan massa aksi yang menamakan diri Forum Kajian Jasa Kontruksi (Forkajaksi) Maluku Utara menggelar aksi mendesak Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) Malut dan Polda Malut agar mengusut dugaan masalah di Balai Pelaksana Pemilihan Jasa Kontruksi (BP2JK) Malut, Senin (1/2) pagi tadi.
Massa aksi menilai tindakan beberapa pejabat internal BP2JK Malut telah mencerminkan ketidakprofesionalisme dalam menjalankan tugasnya dan menyalahi peraturan sebagaimana diatur dalam Permen PUPR Nomor 15/PRT/M/2019 yang telah mengatur tugas BP2JK.
“Di mana beberapa kali BP2JK melakukan proses pelelangan atau tender proyek pengadaan barang dan jasa kontruksi sudah tercium aroma busuk yang sengaja dimainkan secara terstruktur dengan memenangkan rekanan-rekanan kontraktor titipan di Malut,” teriak koordinator massa aksi, Mursal Hamir.
Menurutnya, problem ini perlu disikapi, karena ada dugaan indikasi kuat terdapat banyak oknum pimpinan BP2JK yang tidak profesional. Bahkan ada indikasi terjadi pembagian fee kepada pihak BPJ2K Malut. “Oleh karena itu, kami mendesak kepada Kapolda dan Kajati Malut untuk menelusuri dan menyelidiki lebih jauh adanya informasi dugaan masalah yang terjadi di Balai P2KJK Malut ini,” desak Mursal.
Sementara Kepala Kejati Malut, Erryl Prima Putera Agoes, saat menemui massa aksi berjanji akan menindaklanjuti informasi tersebut. “Percayakan kepada kami. Kami akan menindaklanjutinya,” janjinya. (nda)
