PENA – Tim penyelidik bidang Pidana Khusus pada Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) Maluku Utara meninjau lokasi proyek pekerjaan jalan Lapen, Desa Dama dan Cera, Kecamatan Loloda, Kabupaten Hamahera Utara.
Peninjauan lokasi proyek Lapen ini dalam rangka sinkronisasi antara keterangan saksi dengan fakta di lapangan.
“Tim sudah turun ke lokasi untuk lihat pekerjaan. Nanti kita sinkronkan dengan keterangan saksi,” aku Asisten Pidana Khsusus Kejati Malut, Muh. Irwan Datuiding saat dikonfirmasi wartawan, Rabu (24/3).
Sekadar diketahui, proyek pekerjaan tersebut menggunakan Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK) yang melekat pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum (PU) Kabupaten Halut tahun 2017 dengan anggaran sebesar Rp18.708.304.000, yang dikerjakan PT. Cipta Aksara Perkasa.
Proyek tersebut diduga dikerjaan tidak sesuai dengan nilai kontrak. Saat ini jaksa telah memeriksa sejumlah saksi dan baru tahan pengumpulan bahan dan keterangan (Pulbaket). Untuk hasil kerugian negara juga belum diketahui pasti. (Nda/Red)
