PENA – Pemerintah Provinsi Maluku Utara belum menghitung besaran alokasi tunjangan hari raya atau THR tahun 2021 bagi Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) di lingkup Pemprov Malut.
Ini karena Pemprov Malut masih menunggu edaran dari pemerintah pusat terkait pembayaran THR bagi PNS.
“Surat edarannya belum ada. Kalau sudah ada dasar hukumnya, pasti kita selesaikan,” ujar Kepala Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan Pendapatan dan Aset Daerah (BPKPAD) Malut, Ahmad Purbaya saat dikonfirmasi wartawan, Kamis (16/4).
Soal aplikasi Sistem Informasi Pembangunan Daerah (SIPD) yang belum berjalam maksimal, Purbaya menjamin tidak mengganggu pembayaran THR tahun ini.
“Mudah-mudahan tidak mengganggu. Dalam waktu dekat kita akan upayakan bisa jalan (SIPD, red),” terangnya.
Pihaknya saat ini berupaya berkoordinasi dengan Kementerian Dalam Negeri dan telah mendapat bimbingan dari mereka.
“Namanya sistem baru pasti butuh proses. Yang jelas kita upayakan agar hal-hal seperti ini tidak mengganggu proses pembayarannya,” pungkasnya menutup.
Sekadar diketahui, saat ini Kementerian Keuangan (Kemenkeu) belum mengeluarkan edaran terkait pembayaran THR bagi PNS. Mereka juga masih menunggu waktu yang tepat untuk mencairkan tunjangan tersebut.
Sementara Menteri Ketenagakerjaan, Ida Fauziyah, telah mengeluarkan edaran dan jadwal pembayaran THR 2021. Surat edaran ini mewajibkan perusahaan membayar THR sesuai dengan perundangan-undangan, meski diberi dispensasi pembayaran paling lambat sehari sebelum hari raya. (Red)
