SOFIFI – Pemerintah Provinsi Maluku Utara masih tetap menggunakan aplikasi Sistem Informasi Manajemen Daerah (SIMDA), namun untuk penginputan tetap menggunakan Sistem Informasi Pembangunan Daerah (SIPD) sesuai arahan dari pemerintah pusat.
Ini disampaikan Kepala Badan Pengelolaan Keuangan Pendapatan dan Aset Daerah (BPKPAD) Malut, Ahmad Purbaya, saat dikonfirmasi belum lama ini.
Menurutnya, pemerintah pusat telah menerapkan penggunaan SIPD kepada seluruh pemerintah daerah di Indonesia. Akan tetapi seiring berjalannya waktu, SIPD belum sampai kepada penatausahaan keuangan, karena SIPD baru sampai pada tahap penganggaran dan penyusunan program dalam penginputan.
Sehingga untuk menjalankan pengelolaan keuangan, kata dia, tentunya harus di backup dengan aplikasi SIMDA.
“Ini dilakukan agar mempermudah kita dalam melakukan penatausahaan keuangan. Karena kalau kita bikin secara manual, saya pikir susah dan sangat terlambat. Makanya SIPD harus di back up dengan SIMDA,” ujarnya.
Ia bilang, penggunaan SIPD ini harus diparalelkan dengan SIMDA, sehingga item-item atau nomenklatur yang ada di Permendagri itu akan diadopsi untuk masuk ke dalam SIMDA yang berbasis SIPD.
“Saat ini BPKPAD lagi membuat backup SIMDA untuk dipararelkan dengan SIPD, agar berjalan dengan baik. Insha Allah di akhir bulan ini SIPD sudah jalan dengan backup SIMDA,” jelasnya.
“Kemungkinan minggu-minggu terakhir April ini sudah jalan normal,” sambungnya.
Pihaknya juga saat ini sedang berusaha membuat program yang dinamakan interfase untuk menghubungkan SIMDA dengan SIPD. Di mana, program ini akan lebih memudahkan pemerintah provinsi untuk menginput data. (Red)
