PENA – Di penghujung bulan suci Ramadan 1442 hijriah atau 2021 ini, DPD KNPI Maluku Utara kembali menyalurkan bantuannya untuk pondok pesantren yang tersebar di Kota Ternate, Sabtu (8/5) malam.
Kegiatan KNPI berbagi di bulan suci, bukan kali pertama dilakukan. Sebelumnya, di Ramadan tahun ini, KNPI membagikan santunan untuk anak yatim piatu dan kaum duafa di Ternate.
Sabtu malam kemarin, KNPI kembali ke pesantren untuk menyalurkan bantuan sembako. Ada tiga pesantren yang didatangi KNPI Maluku Utara. Yakni pesantren Darussalam Facei di kelurahan Dufa-dufa kota Ternate, pesantren Al-Falah kelurahan Akeboca dan pesantren Hidayatullah kelurahan Kalumata.
Sekretaris DPD KNPI Maluku Utara, M. Ardiyansyah mengatakan, rangkaian kegiatan KNPI berbagi di bulan Ramadan ini merupakan bentuk kepedulian KNPI kepada sesama.
“Walau tak seberapa, kami berharap semoga bantuan dari KNPI ini dapat membantu para santri di pesantren. Apalagi, di kondisi saat ini kehadiran kita setidaknya dapat menggantikan rasa rindu mereka karena tidak bisa bertemu dengan orang tua,” kata Ardiyansyah usai menyalurkan bantuan KNPI.
Di kesempatan itu, DPD KNPI Maluku Utara juga dihadiri oleh salah satu Wakil Ketua Hendra Kamarullah, Wakil Sekretaris Nasrun Muhlas dan Haris Taib. Sementara kehadiran KNPI di pesantren disambut langsung oleh para pimpinan pondok pesantren. (*)
