PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) Maluku Utara melalui bidang Intelijen resmi melimpahkan penyelidikan dugaan korupsi anggaran mobiler pada Biro Umum Pemerintah Provinsi Malut tahun 2010.
Ini artinya, dalam pengumpulan bahan dan keterangan (Pulbaket) di bidang Intelijen, jaksa penyelidik menemukan adanya indikasi kerugian keuangan negara. Sehingga itu, penanganan kasus tersebut ditingkatkan ke status penyelidikan yang ditangani bidang Pidana Khusus (Pidsus).
Berdasarkan temuan Badan Pemeriksaan Keuangan (BPK) pengadaan mobiler yang melekat pada Biro Umum Pemprov Malut tahun 2010 senilai Rp 465 juta.
Asisten Intelijen Kejati Malut, Efrianto, mengaku temuan BPK atas dugaan korupsi anggaran mobiler sudah ditingkatkan ke Pidsus.
“Kami sudah tingkatkan ke Pidsus untuk temuan anggaran mobiler yang diserahkan oleh Inspektorat pada 2020 lalu itu,” akunya kepada wartawan, Kamis (22/7) kemarin.
Kata dia, setelah dilimpahkan penanganannya ke Pidsus, selanjutnya Pidsus akan melakukan panggilan lagi kepada pihak yang mengetahui hal tersebut.
“Intelijen hanya mencari adanya penyimpangan atau tidak. Intelijen tidak perlu memeriksa semua orang yang terkait, sebab dari data yang dimiliki akan disimpulkan adanya indikasi. Kalau ada, langsung ditingkatkan ke Pidsus. Jadi sekarang sudah ditingkatkan ke Pidsus,” jelasnya.
Sekadar diketahui, temuan BPK yang diserahkan oleh Inspektorat Malut pada tahun 2020 lalu senilai 26 miliar lebih. Temuan tersebut terhitung sejak tahun 2005-2018.
Sebelumnya temuan itu berkisar 29 miliar. Namun ada beberapa SKPD yang telah mengembalikan temuan tersebut dan tersisa 26 miliar sekian yang dilimpahkan ke Kejati Malut.
Pelimpahan hasil temuan ini dilakukan sebagai tindaklanjut MoU antara Pemprov Malut dengan Kejati Malut dengan Nomor: 180/678/G dan B-783/S.2/Gs.1/06/2015. (red)
