PENAMALUT.COM, SANANA – DPRD Kabupaten Kepulauan Sula telah menyerahkan rekomendasi panitia khusus (Pansus) Laporan Keterangan Pertanggung Jawaban (LKPJ) Bupati Sula tahun 2020 kepada Pemkab Sula pada 7 Juli 2021 lalu.
Dalam rekomendasi Pansus LKPJ DPRD ini meminta kepada Inspektorat Sula untuk melakukan audit investigasi kepada OPD penerima DAK 2020. Pansus DPRD juga meminta agar dilakukan audit pembangunan SMPN Malbufa, SD Wainin, SD Sekom, SD Inpres Falahu, serta pembagunan MKD di SD Wailia yang dibangun di lahan pemerintah tanpa membuat surat hibah tanah.
Bahkan lembaga wakil takyat itu juga meminta dilakukan diaudit anggaran DAK yang dikelola Dinas PUPR sebesar Rp 16,2 miliar untuk pembangunan 29 MCK di sejumlah desa di Sula.
Sampai saat ini, belum ada kepastian dari Pemkab Sula untuk menindaklanjuti rekomendasi Pansus LKPJ tersebut. Pemkab Sula khususnya Inspektorat didesak menindalanjuti rekomendasi tersebut.
Hal ini diaampaikan Sekretaris Himpunan Pelajar Mahasiswa Sula (HPMS) Cabang Ternate, Bakril Duwila kepada wartawan, Senin (30/8).
“Pemda Sula segera menindaklanjuti rekomendasi temuan Pansus LKPJ, dan segera menyerahkan hasilnya ke pihak penegak hukum untuk dilakukan proses hukum. Jika ada kerugian negara, maka pelakunya harus diproses,” desak Bakri.
Bakri berharap Pemkab Kepulauan Sula di bawah kepemimpinan Bupati dan Wakil Bupati Fifian Adeningsih Mus dan Saleh Marasabessy bisa menjunjung pemberantasan korupsi, sehingga tidak lagi terjadi seperti saat ini.
Ia menilai proyek bermasalah di kepulauan Sula terkesan lambat dalam proses penyelesaian. Olehnya itu, harus menjadi perhatian serius dan penegakannya tidak tebang pilih. (ish/ask)
