PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Penyidik Direktorat Reserse Kriminal Khusus (Direskrimsus) Polda Maluku Utara menetapkan dua orang tersangka atas dugaan korupsi pembangunan bendungan dan irigasi di Kabupaten Kepulauan Sula (Kepsul) tahun 2018-2019.
Kedua orang ini merupakan anak buah mantan Bupati Sula Hendrata Thes, yakni LK alias Lutfi selaku mantan Kepala Dinas PUPR Sula, dan Masykur selaku mantan Sekretaris Dinas PUPR Sula.
“Kami sudah tetapkan dua orang sebagai tersangka, yakni Kuasa Pengguna Anggaran (KPA) dan Pejabat Pembuat Komitmen (PPK) tahun 2018-2019,” ujar Direktur Reskrimsus Polda Malut, Kombes (Pol) Afriandi kepada wartawan, Selasa (26/10).
Afriandi menjelaskan, sebelumnya penyidik telah melakukan pemeriksaan sebanyak 21 orang sebagai saksi dan tiga orang saksi ahli. Saat ini, berkas kedua tersangka telah dilakukan tahap satu ke Jaksa peneliti pada Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kejati) Malut.
Atas perbuatannya, kedua tersangka diancam pidana dalam pasal 2 ayat (1) subsider pasal 3 Undang-Undang Nomor 31 tahun 1999 yang telah diubah dengan UU Nomor 20 tahun 2001 tentang pemberantasan tindak pidana korupsi junto pasal 55 KUHPidana.
“Ancaman penjara seumur hidup atau pidana penjara paling singkat 4 tahun dan paling lama 20 tahun dengan denda paling sedikit 200 juta dan paling banyak 1 miliar,” jelasnya.
Sekadar diketahui, proyek ini dianggarkan dari Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Daerah (APBD) tahun 2018-2019 dengan nilai 9,8 miliar rupiah yang melekat pada Dinas PUPR Sula. Oleh penyidik, anggaran tersebut diduga disalahgunakan. (gon/ask)
