PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Kejaksaan Tinggi (Kajati) Maluku Utara menyiapkan langkah hukum kepada mantan pejabat yang masih menguasai aset berupa mobil dinas milik Pemerintah Provinsi Malut.
Diketahui, saat ini mantan pejabat yang masih menguasai mobil dinas tersebut yakni mantan Sekda Provinsi Malut, Majid Husen dan mantan Ketua DPRD Malut, Alien Mus.
Kepala Kejati Malut, Dade Ruskandar mengatakan, pihaknya mendapatkan kuasa dari Pemprov Malut untuk mengambil aset yang masih dikuasai oleh mantan pejabat. Disamping itu, langkah-langkah lain telah dilakukan. Namun hal ini kembali lagi kepada Gubernur Malut, Abdul Gani Kasuba, selaku pemberi kuasa terhadap mantan pejabat yang tidak mau mengembalikan aset tersebut.
“Tergantung Gubernur untuk mengambil sikap. Mau lapor polisi atau seperti apa, silahkan. Yang jelas kami sudah upayakan,” ujar Dade saat dikonfirmasi wartawan, Kamis (4/11) tadi.
Kata dia, saat ini ada sebagaian aset mobil dinas yang dikuasai mantan pejabat telah diambil, dan tersisa sekitar tiga. Ketiga mobil ini dua masih dikuasai Alien Mus dan satunya lagi Majid Husen.
“Mobil itu di mana dan orangnya sudah kita ketemu, mereka keberatan. Namun tidak bisa upaya paksa. Masalah keperdataan, tapi kalau ada tindak pidana, silahkan pemberi kuasa untuk melaporkan,” sarannya.
Dade menambahkan, jika Gubernur ingin melaporkan, itu haknya.
“Kalau Gubernur kasih kuasa untuk gugat, ya kita gugat. Tergantung Gubernurnya,” pungkasnya.
Sekadar diketahui, mobil dinas yang masih dikuasai Alien Mus, yakni Toyota Camry Hybrio tahun 2015 dengan harga Rp 693.310.000 dan satu buah Fortuner Toyota. Sementara yang dikuasai Majid Husen yakni sebuah Honda CRV tahun 2011 bernomor polisi (Nopol) B 1102 PQH senilai Rp 226.000.000. (gon/ask)
