PENAMALUT.COM, SANANA – Meski hasil audit kerugian negara atas kasus korupsi pembangunan Pasar Rakyat Makdahi Sula sudah ada, namun penyidik Reskrim Polres Sula belum juga menetapkan siapa tersangka atas kasus tersebut.
Padahal, baru saja penyidik melakukan gelar perkara atas kasus yang diduga merugikan keuangan negara ratusan juta tersebut.
“Kami baru saja menggelar penetapan tersangaka, tetapi tidak serta merta setelah gelar perkara itu langsung ditetapkan tersangkanya. Artian kami harus lengkapi berkasnya dulu untuk diajukan ke Pak Kapolres, apakah ada masukan dan koreksi atau tidak? Setelah itu, baru kami tetapkan siapa saja tersangkanya,” kata Kasat Reskrim Polres Sula, Iptu Rizal Mochammad kepada wartawan media ini, Selasa (4/1) tadi.
Rizal juga menyampaikan bahwa pihaknya belum mengantongi berapa calon tersangka dan siapa saja dalam kasus. Ia berjanji jika sudah dilakukan gelar penetapan tersangka, akan sampaikan ke publik.
“Insya Allah dalam bulan ini, kami akan tetapkan tersangka dan kami akan sampaikan berapa orang yang ditetapkan,” tuturnya.
Ia menjelaskan, dalam gelar perkara dugaan korupsi itu, ada beberapa tahapan yang harus dilalui. Seperti membuat materi gelar serta meminta tanggapan dari peserta gelar, setelah itu disimpulkan.
“Semacam membuat resume, baru diajukan ke Pak Kapolres untuk disetujui. Setelah itu dilakukan gelar penetapan tersangka, barulah kami sampaikan siapa tersangka beserta jumlahnya,” jelasnya. (ish/ask)
