PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Langkah cepat Kapolsek Ternate Selatan menangani kasus pengroyokan terhadap seorang pengacara di Kelurahan Jati Perumnas, Jumat (7/1) malam lalu, mendapat apresiasi dari Koalisi Pemuda Indonesia (Kapita) Kota Ternate
Pasalnya, kasus tersebut setelah dilaporkan Darwin selaku korban yang juga Direktur LBH Kapita Kota Ternate, kini sudah ditangani dengan baik.
Ketua Kapita Kota Ternate, Risno Wahid mengatakan, pihaknya akan terus mengawal kasus ini, karena yang menjadi korban pengeroyokan ini merupakan salah satu anggota aktif Kapita Kota Ternate dan juga seorang pengacara.
“Secara organisatoris, kami tetap mengawal kasus ini sampai ada efek jerah terhadap kedua terduga pelaku tersebut,” katanya kepada wartawan dalam konferensi pers, Minggu (9/1) sore tadi.
Lanjutnya, pihaknya berharap kasus pengeroyokan ini harus tetap diproses secara hukum tanpa ada negosisasi maupun penyelesaian masalah secara kekeluargaan, karena sudah masuk dalam tindak pidana murni.
“Kami meminta terduga kedua pelaku tersebut segera dipanggil dan diperiksa, kemudian segera dilakukan gelar perkara untuk penetapan tersangka,” pintanya.
Kata Risno, kasus seperti ini harus menjadi pembelajaran terhadap seluruh nasyarakat di Kota Ternate, bahwa yang namanya kasus perkelahian itu tidak boleh dianggap remeh dalam proses penyelaesainnya.
Pihaknya tetap bersikeras bahwa kasus ini harus tetap diproses secara hukum, agar supaya menjadi pembelajaran bagi masyarakat yang lain agar tidak sering melakukan tindakan kriminalitas.
“Pada prinsipnya Kapita Kota Ternate memberikan apresiasi terhadap Kapolsek Ternate Selatan, Iptu Suherman dalam menangani kasus ini,” tandasnya.
Sekadar diketahui, kedua terduga pelaku FS alias Farel dan RS alias Rian ini dilaporkan oleh korban Darwin Omente di Mapolsek Ternate Selatan, pada Jum’at (7/1/2022). Sementara untuk kasusnya masih dalam tahap proses penyelidikan. (tr1/ask)
