PENAMALUT.COM, SANANA – Penyidik Satreskrim Polres Kepulauan Sula melimpahkan tahap satu berkas perkara dugaan korupsi pembangunan Pasar Makdahi Sula ke Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Sula.
Penyerahan berkas tahap satu itu dilakukan pada Rabu (2/2) sore tadi.
Sebelumnya, penyidik Satreskrim Polres Sula menetapkan dua orang tersangka dugaan korupsi proyek yang diduga merugikan keuangan negara ratusan juta itu. Kedhanya yakni BAR selaku mantan Kepala Dinas Perindakop Sula dan BK selaku kontraktor.
Kasat Reskerim Polres Sula, Iptu Rizal Mochammad mengatakan, berkas perkara tersebut oleh penyidik Satreskrim sudah dilimpahkan tahap satu ke Kejari.
Setelah penyerahan tahap satu, pihaknya menuggu jaksa peneliti pada Kejari Sula untuk meneliti berkas tersebut.
“Apakah sudah lengkap atau belum, kita tunggu petunjuk jaksa,” ujarnya kepada wartawan.
Terkait tersangka, kata dia, sementara ini baru kedua orang yang ditetapkan tersangka. Nanti dilihat setelah berkas tahap satu dikirim ke Kejari.
“Jika ada petunjuk penambahan tersangka, barulah kami penuhi,” jelasnya.
Sementara Kepala Seksi Tindak Pidana Khusus Kejari Sula, Fadli Habibi saat dikonfirmasi membenarkan bahwa berkas perkara tahap satu kasus Pasar Makdahi sudah diterima.
Pihaknya menunjuk jaksa penuntutan untuk melakukan peneletian terhadap berkas perkara tersebut.
“Sementara berkas perkara tahap satu sudah ada di meja. Setelah diterima oleh tim penuntutan, barulah kami lakukan peneletiaan,” terangnya. (ish/ask)
