PENAMALUT.COM, SANANA – PLN Sanana diduga diduga menaikkan tarif iuran tak wajar terhadap salah satu pelanggan di Desa Fogi.
Pelanggan yang diketahui bernama Indri itu mendapati tagihan bulan April yang naik tiga kali lipat.
Indri kepada wartawan mengatakan, setiap bulan ia biasanya membayar tagihan pemakaian listrik sebesar Rp 200.000. Namun pada April ini tagihannya naik sebesar Rp 900.000.
“Saya temukan permainan tarif pada iuran pada April 2022. Sebab tidak bulan tidak sebesar ini. Kalaupun dikenakan denda, saya hanya tunggak satu hari, masak harus bayar 700 ribu,” katanya kesal.
Suami Indri, Andha, juga telah melaporkan kejadian ini ke Kantor PLN. Namun pihak PLN beralasan kesalahan penginputan dan mereka tetap memaksa untuk dilakukan pembayaran seperti itu.
“Katanya nanti lima bulan ke depan setiap bulannya bayar 50 ribu saja. Saya tidak mau bayar seperti ini, karena kesalahan pihak PLN yang buat dan harus bertanggung jawab atas perbuatan mereka ini,” ujarnya.
Ia menegaskan jika sehari dua tidak segera diperbaiki kesalahan penginputannya, maka ia akan membuat laporan ke polisi.
Terpisah, Manajer PLN ULP Ranting Sanana, Muksin A.M Rasay mengatakan, terkait hal itu pihaknya mengaku kesalahan penginputan oleh petugas operator penginputan PLN dan telah diselesaikan secara baik- baik.
“Sekitar 15 ribu pelanggaan di Kabupaten Kepulauan Sula, hal seperti ini sering terjadi. Akan tetapi, bisa diselesaikan secara baik- baik,” katanya.
Muksin mengakui secara aturan, pihaknya salah. Tetapi semuanya bisa dibijaki secara baik
“Harapan saya ketika ada masalah seperti begini agar para pelanggan segera melapor ke kantor supaya bisa diselesaikan secara baik-baik. Karena maklumlah, mungkin petugas lapangan capek dan sebagainya,” tuturnya. (ish/ask)
