PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Proyek penataan pedestrian kuliner di belakang Jatiland Mall yang ditargetkan rampung pada November 2022 kemarin melenceng.
Pasalnya, proyek yang melekat pada Dinas Pekerjaan Umum dan Penataan Ruang (PUPR) Kota Ternate yang dikerjakan CV. Gelora Wija Luwu Enterpraises dengan nilai kontrak Rp 2.766.011.180 itu hingga kini belum selesai.
Kepala Dinas PUPR Kota Ternate, Rus’an M. Nur Taib mengatakan, pekerjaan ini dilanjutkan pada tahun 2023. Ini karena pekerjaan fisik itu masuk dalam kategori luncuran di tahun 2023.
“Jadi anggaran yang belum terbayar di tahun 2022 akan dibayar di 2023,” ujar Rus’an saat ditemui wartawan, Senin (2/1).
Ia mengaku, progres pekerjaan untuk segmen satu sudah capai 60 persen. Sementara segmen dua 80 persen. Untuk segmen satu ada pekerjaan anjungan, namun belum diketahui panjang dan lebarnya.
“Segmen satu ada dua paket pekerjaan, yaitu anjungan dan pedestrian serta lampu taman. Kami menargetkan pekerjaan akan selesai minggu kedua bulan Januari ini,” jelasnya.
Sekadar diketahui, pekerjaan kawasan kuliner belakang Jatiland Mall ini bukan hanya dari Dinas PUPR. Alokasi anggarannya juga dari Dinas Koperasi dan UKM kota Ternate sebesar Rp 1,5 miliar, dan Disperindag sebesar Rp1,7 miliar. (udi/ask)
