PENA – Tim penyidik tindak pidana khsusu (Pidsus) Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Ternate terus mendalami dugaan tindak pidana korupsi kegiatan Hari Olahraga Nasional (Haornas) tahun 2018 yang bersumber dari Anggaran Pendapatan Belanja Negara (APBN) senilai Rp 2,5 miliar dan Anggaran Pendapatan Belanja Daerah (APBD) Kota Ternate senilai Rp 2,8 miliar.
Kepala Kejari Ternate, Pendi Sijabat melalui Kasi Pidsus, Fajar Hidayat menjelaskan, dugaan tindak pidana korupsi kegiatan Haornas masih dilakukan penyidikan. Penyidik juga telah melakukan pemeriksaan sejumlah saksi-saksi. Bahkan jaksa telah melakukan permintaan perhitungan kerugian keuangan Negera ke Badan Pemeriksa Keuangan (BPK) RI di Jakarta. “Kita sudah dapat undangan dari BPK untuk lakukan ekspos ke tim auditor terhadap perkembangan penyidikan yang sudah dilakukan,” jelas Fajar, saat dikonfirmasi pada Jumat (8/1).
Fajar bilang, saksi yang sudah dimintai keterangan pada tahap penyidikan sekitar 7 orang. Mereka yang dimintai keterangan itu dari Kemenpora, Dinas Pemuda dan Olahraga Kota Ternate selaku pengguna anggaran, Pejabat Pembuat Komitmen (PPK), Pejabat Pelaksana Teknis Kegiatan (PPTK), bendahara dan panitia pengadaan. Pihak ketiga dalam hal ini event organizer (EO) yang ditunjuk Kemempora juga telah dipanggil. Namun dua surat panggilan yang dilayangkan tidak dapat diterima, lantaran sudah pindah alamat. “Kami akan konfirmasi langsung ke jakarta. Karena EO itu yang dipakai langsung pada kegiatan tersebut,” ujarnya.
Menurutnya, saksi-saksi dari EO ini awalnya sudah dimintai keterangan pada tahap penyelidikan. Namun pada tahap penyidikan ini tim penyelidik perlu meminta keterangan lagi. Sebab keterangan saksi dari EO ini penting untuk memperjelas perkara tersebut. “Oleh karena itu kita akan cari alamat terbaru EO ini,” tukasnya. (*)
