PENA – Pemerintah Provinsi Maluku Utara lewat dinas kesehatan mengajukan alokasi anggaran untuk vaksinasi senilai 3 miliar. Ini disampaikan Sekretaris Provinsi Malut, Samsuddin Abdul Kadir, saat ditemui Senin (25/1).
Menurutnya, anggaran vaksinasi ini kemungkinan bertambah. Pasalnya, ada beberapa item kegiatan yang akan ditambahkan dalam vaksinasi ini. “Informasinya dari kadis kesehatan ada beberapa item yang mau ditambahkan,” ujarnya.
Dikatakan Sekprov, vaksin ini disediakan oleh negara, pihaknya hanya menerima barang tersebut. Saat ini baru 7 ribu lebih vaksin yang diterima. Jika dilakukan dua kali suntik, maka baru 3 ribu orang lebih yang menerima vaksin ini. Sementara total tenaga medis yang tersebar di Provinsi Malut sebanyak 17 ribu sekian. “Jadi masih banyak yang kurang. Semoga secepatnya ada pengiriman lagi,” tuturnya.
Ia bilang, tanggung jawab Pemprov adalah distribusi dan penyimpanan vaksin. Sehingga itu, yang menjadi tanggung jawab pemerintah provinsi ini yang akan disiapkan anggarannya. Untuk tenaga medis yang menangani vaksin, akan dilihat tugasnya. “Kita ini kan aparatur, kalau yang menjadi tugas pokok ya sudah menjadi kewajibannya,” jelasnya.
Sementara untuk vaksinasi di Pemprov Malut sendiri sudah dilakukan pencanangan beberapa waktu lalu. Dari pencananganan vaksinasi itu, ada sejumlah pejabat publik di lingkup Pemprov Malut yang telah disuntik vaksin. Selanjutnya vaksin ini diprioritaskan untuk tenaga medis. Sehingga pejabat Pemprov lain yang belum menerima vaksin belum diperbolehkan untuk vaksin.
“Orang yang paling berisiko ini tenaga medis. Sehingga kita prioritaskan untuk mereka. Setelah tenaga medis, barulah tahapan selanjutnya pejabat dan masyarakat,” tutupnya. (ask)
