PENAMALUT.COM, TERNATE – Ikatan Keluarga Besar Dauri (IKDAR) Provinsi Maluku Utara menggelar rapat kerja (Raker) perdana pasca pelantikan 9 Januari 2022 kemarin.
Raker tersebut dipimpin langsung Ketua IKDAR Malut, Usman Ilyas didampingi Wakil Ketua I Tamrin Yamani, dan Wakil Ketua Bidang Sosial Kemasyarakatan, Iksan Kumala serta dihadiri Ketua Pelindung/Penasehat, Hi. Ismail Hi. Umar itu dilaksanakan pada Sabtu (22/1) bertempat di Grand Majang Hotel.
Ketua IKDAR Malut, Usman Ilyas kepada wartawan mengatakan, terdapat 8 program yang menjadi agenda perioritas yang dibahas dalam Raker tersebut, yakni di bidang organisasi dan kaderisasi, ekonomi dan keuangan, pendidikan dan sumber daya manusia, sosial dan kemasyarakatan, komunikasi dan informasi, seni budaya dan olahraga, Hukum keamanan dan Ham, serta pembinaan mental.
“Jadi sesuai hasil aspirasi yang disampaikan dari berbagai bidang, ada yang sifatnya jangka pendek, menengah dan panjang,” ujarnya.
Lanjut dia, berdasarkan Visi-Misi IKDAR yakni kesejahteraan dan kekeluargaan dengan istilah Makatano atau baku inga yang artinya saling merindukan, maka hal utama yang perlu dipelihara adalah seni budaya.
“Seni budaya seperti Togal dan bahasa Dauri perlu dipelihara dan dikembangkan. Karena itu merupakan sebuah bentuk identitas bagi orang-orang Dauri yang berada di mana saja,” ucapnya.
Selain seni budaya, program yang paling penting untuk dikembangkan adalah kewirausahaan. Mengingat banyak masyarakat Dauri rata-rata berada di daerah tanah rantau.
“Kita ini orang rantau, jadi kewirausahaan ini sangat penting. Apakah penerapannya bentuk pelatihan atau program kegiatan nyata dengan membekali masyarakat Dauri. Selain kedua program yang disebut sebagai program utama, 6 program lainnya juga dapat dipastikan akan dijalankan sebaik mungkin,” katanya.
“Intinya dari semua program tetap dijalankan sesuai hasil Rakerda tadi,” tandasnya. (ano/ask)
